When you use Uni, we also receive the school emails you send to us. These can include your child's name, school, teacher, and class details.

We do not use your school emails to train AI models.
When you opt in to receive SMS messages from Hey Uni by checking the consent box on our sign-up form, you agree to receive automated text message summaries of school communications. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are never sold, rented, or shared.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for support, or email jeff@heyuni.net. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on school activity.
Your information is stored securely and is only accessible to the Hey Uni team. We use service providers, such as hosting, form, and messaging vendors, to run Uni. They may not use your information for their own purposes. We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide the service.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You may also opt out of SMS communications by replying STOP to any message, or opt out of email communications via the unsubscribe link in any email. To exercise any of these rights, email us at jeff@heyuni.net.
Uni is for parents and guardians. We do not collect information from children, and children cannot sign up.
School emails often mention children. We use that information only to create your summaries. We never sell it, never use it for marketing, and never share it except with the service providers that help us run Uni. You can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing jeff@heyuni.net.
This website does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
